Overview of web cleaning System:

During production, processing, and transportation of materials and products, due to presence of static electricity on material surface, it may carry or adsorb fine dust, which affects quality of finished product. With continuous improvement of surface cleanliness requirements in various industries, removal of small impurities and dust is becoming increasingly important. Non contact surface cleaning has the advantages of non-contact, small equipment, low cost, low consumables, and easy implementation. In recent years, it has developed rapidly in various industries.

The research on the removal of micro dust has gradually begun to be valued in China in recent years. Early foreign products mainly came from Europe, America, and Japan, and were mainly applied in high-end film, high-end printing, displays, and other industries.

Surmach Industrial's research on micrometer level dust removal began in 2013 and is the earliest enterprise in China to develop and apply micrometer level dust removal products. After years of effort, the company has mastered the technology of air suspension oscillation dust removal, as well as medium and high pressure air vibration ultrasonic amplifiers.
