Principle of the web guiding system: Guiding device B emits infrared light/ultrasonic wave/laser/visible light to monitor the operation of the web, and sends the signal to controller A. After the controller detects that the position of the web has drifted, it controls the swing of the correction frame C through the driver D to correct the position of the web according to the instructions preset by the controller. The automatic web correction system uses a photoelectric sensor to detect the edge position of the web, and sends the measured position error signal to the controller. After judgment and processing by the control unit, it controls the drive motor to correct the web at the deviation position to the correct position.

The web guiding system is a closed-loop controller, controller, sensor, and linear guide mechanism that constitute the basic part of the closed-loop control. First, the correction device detects the edges or lines of the web.

The high-precision, high-speed, and high-efficiency automatic web processing of Web guide system has increasingly higher requirements for the control of the lateral position of the web. Equipped with a high-performance automatic web guiding system is the key to improving coil production capacity and yield. The coiled material will produce lateral displacement (deviation) when traveling, unwinding, and rewinding, so the web guiding system can be installed at the above three positions as needed to control the coiled material to accurately pass the designated position.

The system adopts high-speed microprocessor, digital, modular and intelligent circuit design; advanced programming, humanized interface and LCD screen display; high-performance components and perfect circuit protection design enable the system to operate continuously and stably; web control system response the time is less than 0.01 seconds; the system's own accuracy can reach up to 0.01mm. During the material winding process, the photoelectric sensor detects the position of the edge or line to pick up the edge guiding frame or line position deviation signal. Then the position deviation signal is transmitted to the photoelectric guiding controller for logical operation, and a control signal is sent to the mechanical actuator to drive the mechanical actuator, correct the serpentine deviation when the material is running, and ensure the linear motion of the material. Optional left and right limit switches prevent the system from running out of control.
