Faced with the constantly rising costs of cardboard companies, cardboard and cardboard companies are increasingly paying attention to the purchase of correction and tension control systems.
Three major functions of guiding and tension systems
As a supporting equipment for tile lines, the guiding and tension system is conducive to reducing trimming losses and reducing the warping of cardboard. Its main functions are reflected in the following three aspects:
(1) Maintain uniform tension throughout the entire line to meet higher vehicle speed requirements
(2) Maintain rapid alignment of the entire line's door width
(3) Edge trimming integration
Guiding and tension control are the key to solving a series of quality problems in corrugated cardboard, because the correction and tension control system can detect the running position and tightness of the paper web in real time, and adjust the braking force of the original paper brake (now equipped with multi-point brake) according to changes, forming a control circuit of "detection → feedback → braking", so that the paper web always maintains appropriate tension and the correct position runs evenly on the entire tile line, Make it meet the production requirements of higher vehicle speeds, quickly align the entire line's door width, and achieve integrated edge trimming.
Overbridges and double-sided machines are common guiding points
Generally speaking, overpasses and double-sided machines are common guiding points. The overpass guiding system utilizes a non-destructive pressure wheel correction frame for continuous guiding, preventing damage to material surface and reducing machine downtime. The overpass guiding system can operate independently and can be used on three, five, and seven layer corrugated cardboard production lines, as well as installed on existing old production lines.
At entrance of the double-sided machine, before the preheating roller of double-sided machine, the upper and lower paper edges are automatically aligned when the corrugated paper is bonded, ensuring precise bonding and greatly reducing material trimming waste.
Deviation guiding is also required for parts such as paper receiving machines, single-sided machines, and longitudinal and transverse cutting machines
In theory, there should be 7 guiding points on a tile line. When laminating paper on a single-sided machine, without a guiding device, it can cause misalignment between tile paper and inner paper. However, in future slitting machines, the misaligned paper must be cut off, which can result in paper waste and even waste at the edges of paper. After installing a guiding device, original paper will automatically correct and align before entering single-sided machine, which will not cause uneven alignment of cardboard during bonding, and will not allow excess paste to run onto corrugated roller of equipment.
