Cleaning system for irregular parts


The surface micro level cleaning requirements of various non planar three-dimensional products pose a challenge to the non-contact surface cleaning field, and standard products can no longer meet the requirements. High pressure cyclone surface cleaning can remove larger particle impurities, but for customers with higher requirements, close range ultrasonic vibration must be used to achieve better surface cleaning requirements. Edge slitting cleaner


After material cutting, material debris and impurities will be generated at the cutting blade and material edge positions, resulting in a decrease in the yield rate. Our edge surface cleaning technology integrates our patented ultrasonic dust removal technology, utilizing high-pressure wind and ultrasonic vibration to effectively solve common problems such as inability to blow and suction. The surface cleaning head has a compact volume, simple installation, low energy consumption, low cost, and obvious surface cleaning effect.

High pressure cyclone surface cleaner


High-pressure cyclone surface cleaning system is designed to meet requirements of uneven and multi-dimensional dust removal for products. The system consists of a high-pressure cyclone nozzle, negative pressure suction unit, electrostatic removal device, and negative pressure dust collection device. When the product passes through surface cleaning unit, static electricity is first removed, and the nozzle rotates at high speed after being connected to compressed air. High pressure and intermittent jets are sprayed on the surface of the product. With alternating pressure changes and multiple blowing, the dust is blown up and sucked into the dust collection room by negative pressure. This dust removal system can customize various loading and unloading and conveying devices according to customer requirements. The entire system is equipped with a touch screen, PLC, and various sensors to achieve various automatic control and online control functions. It can be combined with mechanical arms or servo drives and slide modules to achieve unmanned and fully automatic loading and unloading, reducing manual labor and significantly improving production efficiency.

Web double sided suspended cleaner


Surmach Industry began developing a double-sided suspension dust removal unit in 2013, specifically designed for coiled materials. It uses computer fluid design and simulation analysis to effectively utilize the high-frequency oscillation and air turbulence of the material to remove dust and impurities on both sides of the material, suitable for double-sided dust removal of various materials. Our patented anti scratch device can prevent materials from colliding with the surface of the dust removal head. The specially designed flow channel allows the material to suspend and vibrate in the dust removal unit gap, without scratching the material surface. VVV or UVU ultrasonic double-sided suspension dust removal system is a new type of product pioneered in the industry, suitable for high-speed and high dust removal rate coil dust removal. It can remove dust of 5-10 microns or more, and the machine speed can reach up to 2000m/min; VPV series products can effectively remove impurities above 20 microns and visible to the naked eye, with high cost-effectiveness. They are suitable for high-speed rolls with ordinary requirements and are the most commonly used products. This series of products is widely used in various coil industries such as lithium electrode sheets, paper, thin films, metal foils, non-woven fabrics, printing, leather, etc.
